Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your booking, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.

From Date of booking – 30 days only booking charges of Rs 500.00 per person will be deducted.

30 -15 Days prior to departure                     25% of tour cost

14 -07 Days prior to departure                     50% of tour cost

07- 03 Days prior to departure                     75% of tour cost

02 Days/No show                                          100% of tour cost

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Note :

1 – We will be refund the amount within fifteen working days.

2- Must be provided to me aadhar card and same bank details in which payment will done.
